The Elan M100 is the 1990 model of the famous Lotus Elan brands of sport cars with the signature hidden headlights.

Lotus engineering made this roadster a toughie, with the Chassis of this roadster as rigid as a coupe.
This was the only front wheel drive lotus sports car, and didn’t succeed as mush as it successors or predecessors.

The M100 Elan used a Isuzu 1588 cc twin-cam 16-valve turbocharged engine. It produced 162 horsepower (121 kW), with a 0-60 acceleration time of 6.5 s, and a top speed of 137 mph.

Lotus stopped producing the Elan in June 1992 Elan, to cut mounting losses by General Motors untill 1996-1997 when Kia Elan was Produced for the Korean Market by KIA Motors.
